Beluga's mentoring program is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to jumpstart their career in the localization industry. As a mentee, you'll gain firsthand experience and develop new skills under the guidance of experienced mentors. Mentees should have a basic understanding of TMS, but more importantly, they should possess a willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback with an open mind. Our program is perfect for emerging translators with a university degree in translation, localization, linguistics, or modern languages. So, if you're passionate about translation and ready to take the next step, Beluga's mentoring program is definitely for you!

The program will put you in the driver’s seat of high-impact projects with experienced mentors and localization experts to help you fine-tune your skills while learning how cutting-edge projects are handled. Beluga has no legal obligation to employ any participants upon completion of the program. However, if an opportunity arises and both parties agree to collaborate further, they may do so.
