We ask mentors and mentees to set aside up to 2 hours per week during the mentoring part of the program (10 weeks) and 1 hour during its initial and evaluation stages. For guest speakers, masterclasses will be around 90 minutes. The prep time depends on your expertise on the subject but should be 2 hours per masterclass session, on average.

As a mentor, you need to be an experienced translator with more than 5 years of experience working in IT localization. Ideally, you will be working in Beluga's projects as part of the client pool and you are interested in teaching and eager to invest time in younger generations of translators.
As a speaker, you need to be an expert in the localization industry in any field. You are willing to share your experience and wisdom acquired throughout the years.
