This Privacy Policy regulates the collection and processing of personal data provided by Users when they access, browse, or make use of the functionalities of the Website.

1. Contact: The User may contact through the forms established for this purpose on the Website (such as “Tell us about you, your company or your project" forms). You must provide your identification data, as well as the reason, matter, issue, or other required data. BELUGA will use these data to process the query and contact the User.

2. Participation in «Beluga Mentoring Program»: The User may participate in the Beluga Mentoring Program by completing the form established for this purpose. The User must provide his/her identification data, as well as his/her professional data. BELUGA will use this data to process the request and contact the User.
   
   The legal basis for the processing of such data is the execution of the contractual relationship entered into by BELUGA and the User who decides to participate in the program.
   
   The data will be processed while the User continues to participate in the program. Subsequently, the data will be kept for a period of two years until they are definitively deleted unless other periods may apply.
3. Human Resources: The User may contact BELUGA, through the form established for this purpose on the Website, in order to become part of its group of linguists. Therefore, he/she must provide his/her identification data, as well as those related to his/her professional background. Such data will be used to include the User in the recruiting processes for open employment offers.
   
   The legal basis for the processing of such data is the consent of the User.
   
   The data retention period shall be one year.

4. Newsletter: The User may, if wished, provide his/her identification data and e-mail address for subscribing to the latest news, promotions, and updates from BELUGA, in order to receive periodical communications via e-mail or mobile device (if applicable).
   
   The legal basis for the processing of such data is the consent of the User.
   
   We will retain the data as long as the User remains registered in our newsletter-sending system, afterward, we will block them for three years due to the prescription of legal actions, and after that period, we will delete them.

The applicable language for this Privacy Policy is Spanish. Any version of the same in a different language is offered for the convenience of the User and in order to ease its understanding. However, this Privacy Policy shall always be governed by its Spanish version.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Privacy Policy in any language and its Spanish version, the Spanish version shall prevail.
